Bridging markets, building trust — read the full story behind the motto.

1. What brought you into the field of international sales? What experience did you have before joining Blauberg Asia?
I’ve always been fascinated by cross-cultural communication and building bridges between various environments. With a background in languages and humanities, I naturally gravitated toward international business, where I could combine analytical thinking with relationship-building. Before joining Blauberg Asia, I worked in international B2B support and operations, primarily in the travel industry. That experience gave me a solid foundation in handling corporate clients, navigating complex requests, and solving problems in fast-paced, multicultural settings – all of which transitioned smoothly into the world of international sales.
2. What drives you the most in your daily work? And on the flip side – what do you find the most challenging?
What drives me is the opportunity to grow the brand in new markets and see the tangible results of our work – whether it’s a successful project, a new partnership, or a happy customer. Every day brings a different challenge, and I thrive on that variety. On the other hand, the most challenging part is often navigating the complexities of international trade and adapting to different business mentalities – but that’s also what keeps the work interesting.
3. Was the ventilation industry a conscious choice for you? What interested you in it?
It was a conscious and timely choice. The ventilation industry is both technically rich and essential to people’s daily comfort and health. I was drawn to the fact that it combines engineering, sustainability, and global impact. Working in this field means you’re contributing to better living and working conditions, which is both meaningful and motivating.
4. What moment during your time at Blauberg Asia has surprised or stood out to you the most?
One memorable moment was launching our presence in a completely new regional market. Seeing how quickly clients recognized the value of our solutions – despite fierce competition – showed me the strength of our brand and the trust that good communication can build. It also reinforced how crucial cultural understanding is in international sales.
5. What would you like to work on in the near future to grow professionally?
I want to deepen my technical expertise in ventilation systems and continue developing in strategic sales and market analytics. As we expand across Asia, I also aim to take on more leadership responsibility in market development and regional partnerships.
6. In your opinion, what do clients value most when working with you?
Clients appreciate clarity, responsiveness, and a solutions-oriented mindset. I always try to act as a reliable partner – someone who listens, understands their real needs, and delivers value, not just a product.
7. What’s the most common myth about ventilation systems that you often have to debunk?
Many still see ventilation as an afterthought or a basic add-on, rather than a vital part of a building’s performance and comfort. I often explain how a well-designed system can improve energy efficiency, air quality, and long-term sustainability – and that it’s worth investing in upfront.
8. How do you feel about the team atmosphere at Blauberg Asia? What’s important to you in it?
The team atmosphere at Blauberg Asia is one of the things I value most. It’s dynamic, supportive, and driven by shared goals. For me, it’s important to work in an environment where initiative is encouraged, and where people are open to exchanging ideas and growing together. That’s exactly what I’ve found here.
